Perform mechanical and electrical failure diagnoses and repairs on advanced automated paint line equipment.
Equipment types include complex
1. Electrical
2. Mechanical
3. Hydraulic
4. Pneumatic
5. Robotic
6. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
7. Variable Frequency Drives
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment readiness at all the times.
Help find the root cause of equipment failure
Consistently search for ways to improve equipment reliability.
Be able to work any shift, as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Important Individual Tasks:
Understanding of and support of the paint line operation.
Trouble shooting skills in Electrical and Automation systems.
Able to follow instructions and perform work in a professional manner.
Apply common sense understanding to read and carry out detailed written and oral instructions
Education and/or Experience Required:
Associate Degree in a Maintenance related field or 10 year on the job experience.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Experienced in diagnoses and repair of complex automated equipment
Be able to read and comprehend electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings/schematics.
Personal Characteristics:
Well organized, honest, willing to work hard and comfortable in a teamwork environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
