YOUR ROLE:
You are responsible for Finance and Controlling of the REHAU Automotive Division in North America (USA and Mexico). In your role you secure the profitability of the automotive business, monitor its performance and take necessary measures to achieve the targets. You closely cooperate with the plant managers in our locations in Cullman and Celaya, the Key Account Management in Detroit and the service center finance in Leesburg. You report to the CFO Automotive in our headquarter in Germany.
Important tasks are:
o Supervision of all accounting activities in accordance with
corporate and divisional policies and procedures
o Preparation / controlling of result / liquidity / financial forecast s
and funding requirements
o Controlling of the costs of the different operational units
o Direct and coordinate company financial closing, reporting
o Represent the company to internal and external audits
o Manage and develop a team of 10 employees.
YOUR PROFILE:
We are looking for a dedicated, achievement-oriented, and outgoing applicant with good interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple environments. The readiness to work in a challenging and demanding project environment will be required.
o 10
years of progressively responsible experience in
a manufacturing related company
o Master's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or business
administration
o Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost
control principles including generally accepted accounting
principles
o Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial
reports, statements and projections
o Experience with standard ERP system and accounting
software
