Offline (Production Line Support)

Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain safe work habits and a safe work environment
Follow all Operation Standards for the assigned job
Maintain good housekeeping; Report all accidents, near misses, and unsafe work conditions
Produce quality parts and properly inspect parts
Properly handle abnormal parts and repair parts
Properly perform PM and process checks and change weld wire where required
Report internal rejects and downtime to assigned team leader
Produce the required quantity and type of parts
Maintain good attendance and punctuality
Behave in a cooperative, responsible, respectful, and ethical manner
Accurately complete all paperwork required by the assigned job
Train associates
Fulfill all aspects of being a production tech
Fill in on the line as requested by team leader or above
Fill in for the Team Leader when the team leader is unavailable
Process scrap and give all scrap tickets to the team leader
Be a fully active member of the department Kaizen team
Work on minor mechanical and programming issues with the equipment
Required Education &
Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Stable work history with a pattern of good attendance
Must be able to attain ACYT Certified Inspector & ACYT Certified Trainer status
Previous supervisory experience helpful, but not required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 25 pounds from the floor to chest high, and walk across the room with it
Must be able to stand on concrete for up to 12 hours at a time
Must be able to bend, twist, reach, grip, lift, squat, walk, carry and climb as needed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
