Essential Functions /
Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Conduct and document engineering analysis to satisfy opto-mechanical specifications and requirements on complex metal and optical structures.
Develop and document test plans and procedures to manufacture and qualify optical components and assemblies.
Provide manufacturing support in testing optical components, resolving quality issues, solving technical problems, and conducting final customer product acceptance.
Provide program management support to internal and external customers involving interaction in product development, customer visits, design reviews and conference calls.

Additional
Responsibilities:
Practical experience in opto-mechanical analysis and evaluation of aerospace grade optical structures such as reflective telescope assemblies using modern CAD and FEA tools.
Strong knowledge of general optical metrology techniques and practical software tools.
Deliver innovative, flexible, integrated Optical solutions to meet customers changing business needs.
Support and engage in programs, projects and practices behind the General Dynamics Culture and Strategy.
Represent the organization and present to the customer as required.
Contribute to product planning, execution, measurement and reporting.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Basic
Qualifications:
The Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer position requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 - 5 years of related experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of 0 - 2 years of related experience.
Proficient computer usage skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
